Recorders lessons for Year 2 children will begin in the summer term with Mrs Murray and this will continue once they are in Year 3. Recorders are provided for the children unless they have their own already.

In year 3 Recorder lessons the children finished their learning with Mrs Murray at the end of last term and have now graduated onto lessons with Mrs Hovelmeier. They are looking forward to performing to parents again at our new site!

The Year 9 Samba band performed with great success at the end of last term, and a video of their performance was shown in Secondary assembly. If any of the current Year 7s or 8s would like to sign up for the next instalment of samba drum playing, then please let me know and I can book Mrs Murray in for further lessons later in the year.
